These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Drip God mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Services") provided by DRIP TECH LTD (Company #16555325), a company registered in London, United Kingdom ("we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our Services.

1. Eligibility

Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. Drip God is strictly for adults only.

Legal Capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Geographic Restrictions: Our Services may not be available in all jurisdictions. By using our Services, you represent that your use is lawful in your location.

2. Account Registration

To use certain features of our Services, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate and current
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or our Community Guidelines.

3. Virtual Currency

Coins

Coins are virtual credits that allow you to submit Roasts (AI-generated fashion ratings) on the platform. Key terms:

• No Purchase Required: Coins cannot be purchased with real money. They are provided to users as part of the gameplay experience
• No Monetary Value: Coins have no monetary value outside the platform and cannot be redeemed for cash
• Non-Transferable: Coins cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged between users

Drips

Drips are virtual currency earned through gameplay and engagement with the platform. Key terms:

• Earning Drips: Drips are earned by receiving high AI ratings, engaging with content, and participating in platform activities
• Entry Mechanism: Spending Drips grants entries into drawings for real prizes
• No Monetary Value: Drips do not represent ownership of any asset and hold no monetary value outside the platform
• Non-Transferable: Drips cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged between users
• No Refunds: Once Drips are spent on drawing entries, they cannot be refunded or recovered

4. User Content

Your Content: You retain ownership of any content you submit to our Services, including selfies, outfit photos, captions, and other materials ("User Content").

License Grant: By submitting User Content, you grant Drip God a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform your User Content in connection with providing and promoting our Services.

Content Standards: You agree that your User Content will:

• Be your own original content or content you have permission to use
• Comply with our Community Guidelines
• Not violate any laws or third-party rights
• Not contain malware, viruses, or harmful code

Content Moderation: We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms or our Community Guidelines without prior notice.

5. Anti-Fraud and Account Integrity

We take fraud prevention seriously and employ multiple measures to ensure fair play:

Liveness Checks

Our platform uses liveness detection technology to verify that submitted selfies are taken in real-time by a live person. Screenshots, pre-recorded videos, and AI-generated images are prohibited.

Multiple Accounts

Creating or using multiple accounts to bypass limits, manipulate ratings, or gain unfair advantages is strictly prohibited. We use device identifiers, IP addresses, and other technical measures to detect multiple accounts.

Automated Tools

Using bots, scripts, or any automated means to access or interact with our Services is prohibited.

Enforcement

Violations of anti-fraud policies may result in:

• Immediate account suspension or termination
• Forfeiture of all Coins, Drips, and drawing entries
• Disqualification from current and future drawings
• Legal action if fraud involves theft or criminal activity

6. Drawings and Prizes

No Purchase Necessary

Entry into drawings requires no purchase or payment. Free alternative methods of entry (AMOE) are available in jurisdictions where required by law. See our Official Rules for complete details.

Prize Terms

• Confirmed Prizes: Once a prize is confirmed and awarded to a winner, it cannot be arbitrarily revoked
• Fraud Detection: Prizes may be cancelled if we discover fraud, cheating, or violation of these Terms
• Verification: Winners may be required to verify their identity and eligibility before receiving prizes
• Tax Responsibility: Winners are responsible for all applicable taxes and fees related to prizes

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Spread misinformation or engage in deceptive practices
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with the proper functioning of our Services
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of our Services
• Use our Services for any commercial purpose without our permission

8. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in our Services, including software, design, trademarks, and content created by us, remain our exclusive property. You may not use our intellectual property without our prior written permission.

9. Third-Party Services

Our Services may contain links to third-party websites, services, or content. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third parties. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.

10. Disclaimers

Services Provided "As Is": Our Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

No Guarantee of Service: We do not guarantee that our Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

AI-Generated Content: AI-generated roasts and ratings are for entertainment purposes only. We do not endorse or take responsibility for AI-generated content.

11. Limitation of Liability

Maximum Liability Cap: Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or our Services is limited to the greater of:

• £100 GBP, or
• The total amount you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim

Exclusion of Damages: To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits or revenue
• Loss of data or content
• Loss of business opportunity
• Personal injury or emotional distress (except where prohibited by law)

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Drip Tech Ltd, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of our Services
• Your User Content
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party

13. Dispute Resolution

For UK and EEA Users

Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Jurisdiction: Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

For US Users

Binding Arbitration: You agree to resolve any disputes through binding arbitration rather than in court, except for disputes that may be taken to small claims court.

Arbitration Rules: Arbitration will be conducted by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules.

Class Action Waiver: You agree to bring claims only in your individual capacity and not as part of any class or representative action. You waive your right to participate in a class action lawsuit.

Opt-Out: You may opt out of arbitration by sending written notice to us within 30 days of accepting these Terms. Send opt-out notice to: support@dripgod.io with subject "Arbitration Opt-Out".

14. Termination

Our Right to Terminate: We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms or our Community Guidelines.

Your Right to Terminate: You may stop using our Services and delete your account at any time through the app settings.

Effect of Termination: Upon termination:

• Your right to use our Services immediately ceases
• All Coins, Drips, and pending drawing entries are forfeited
• We may delete your User Content (though we may retain copies as required by law)
• Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by:

• Posting the new Terms on our website and app
• Updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this document
• Sending you an email or in-app notification (for significant changes)

Your continued use of our Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

16. General Provisions

Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, and Official Rules, constitute the entire agreement between you and Drip Tech Ltd.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.

Waiver: Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision.

Assignment: You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.

No Partnership: These Terms do not create any partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship between you and us.
