Official Rules

Note: These are the Master Rules. Specific dates and prizes vary by promotion. See the Drip God App for active draw details.

These Official Rules ("Rules") apply generally to all sweepstakes and promotions (each a "Promotion") offered via the Drip God mobile application. Specific details for each Promotion (such as specific start/end dates, prizes, and values) are listed on the relevant Promotion screen within the App. By participating, you agree to be bound by these Rules, the Drip God Terms of Use, and the Privacy Policy.

Non-Affiliation: You understand that you are providing your information to Sponsor and not to Apple Inc.

2. Eligibility & "Anti-Whale" Protocol

Unless otherwise stated in the specific Promotion details in the App, Promotions are open only to natural persons who are 18 years of age or older, are legal residents of the eligible territories specified in the App (typically the United Kingdom, United States, and Canada, excluding Quebec), and have a Drip God account in good standing.

2.1 Anti-Whale (Prize Frequency Limit)

To ensure fair distribution of prizes across the community, the following limits apply to confirmed winners of "Weekly Drop" promotions:

• A participant (defined by person/household) may win a maximum of one (1) "Weekly Drop" prize within any 30-day rolling period.
• If you have won a Weekly Drop in the 30 days prior to the drawing date of a new Promotion, you are not eligible to win that specific prize.
• Exception: This limit does NOT apply to "Monthly Grail" promotions (as designated in the App). You may win a Weekly Drop and a Grail Drop in the same month.

3. Promotion Period

The Start Date and End Date for each Promotion are explicitly listed on the specific Promotion screen within the Drip God App. Sponsor's server time is the official time-keeping mechanism.

4. How to Enter

There are two methods of entry.

4.1 Method A — In-App (Unlimited Gameplay)

• Cost: As specified in the App (typically 200 Drips = 1 Entry).
• Limit: UNLIMITED. You may submit as many Entries as your Drips balance allows.
• How: Navigate to the Promotion screen in the Drip God App and redeem Drips. Drips are deducted immediately upon entry.

4.2 Method B — AMOE (Web Form)

• Cost: Free. No Drips required.
• Limit: 50 Entries per person/household per calendar day.
  • Note: This daily limit is applied to maintain equal dignity with the time, effort, and gameplay required to earn Drips for In-App entries, and to prevent automated abuse.
• How: Visit the AMOE Portal at dripgod.io/amoe, log in, and complete the entry form. Automated, scripted, or bulk entries exceeding the daily limit are void.

4.3 Account & Household Integrity

"Household" is determined by Sponsor using shared addresses, device identifiers, and IP patterns. Any attempt to use multiple accounts, fake identities, or bot networks to exceed the AMOE daily limit or the Anti-Whale prize limit will result in disqualification of all entries from that user/household.

5. Prizes

The specific Prize, the quantity of winners, and the Approximate Retail Value (ARV) are listed on the specific Promotion screen in the Drip God App.

Prizes are non-transferable. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a designated prize becomes unavailable. Winners are responsible for any taxes or duties not expressly covered.

6. Winner Selection

On or about the Drawing Date specified in the App, Sponsor will conduct a random drawing from all eligible Entries received (In-App + AMOE).

• Odds: Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible Entries received during the Promotion Period.
• Canada: Selected Canadian residents must correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question to be confirmed as winners.

7. Winner Notification & "Claim" Protocol

Potential winners will be notified via In-App Push Notification and/or Email shortly after the Drawing Date.

7.1 The "Claim" Requirement (Publicity Confirmation)

To confirm the winner is an active human user (and not a bot/script), the potential winner must "Claim" the prize within 24 hours of notification (or such other time as specified in the specific Promotion rules).

• How to Claim: The App may require the winner to tap a "Share to Claim" button, which generates a social media post (e.g., Instagram Story) featuring the Winning Card and tagging @drip_god.
• Validation: Sponsor reviews this confirmation manually. Failure to complete this step within the stated time constitutes forfeiture.

7.2 Verification

Winner must also provide valid shipping details and proof of eligibility (age/identity) if requested.

8. Publicity & "Censored" Aesthetic

8.1 General Release

Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use winner's name, handle, city, and winning Entry image for promotional purposes without further compensation.

8.2 Aesthetic Modification Rights ("No Face No Case")

Sponsor respects user privacy and the "Drip God" visual style. By entering, you grant Sponsor the right to modify, edit, or overlay graphics (including stickers, blur effects, masking tape, or "censored" bars) onto your winning photo/selfie to protect your identity or align with the App's aesthetic.

9. Release & Limitation of Liability

Apple Disclaimer: By participating, you explicitly release and hold harmless Apple Inc. from any and all liability associated with this Promotion.

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, or bots compromise the integrity of the Draw.

Disputes: Governed by the laws of England & Wales (or applicable US law for US residents as described in the Terms of Use). Class action waiver applies where enforceable.

10. Privacy

Data is processed per the Drip God Privacy Policy. Your information is used to administer the Draw, verify eligibility, and fulfill prizes.
