Community & Content Guidelines

Drip God is a community where fashion lovers share their style, receive AI-generated ratings, and compete for real prizes. To keep our community safe, inclusive, and fun for everyone, we've established these guidelines. By using Drip God, you agree to follow these rules.

1. Age Restriction

Our platform is designed exclusively for users who are 18 years of age or older. Content featuring, depicting, or involving minors in any way is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and potential legal action.

2. Authenticity Required

To maintain the integrity of our platform, all submitted content must be:

• Live selfies only: Photos must be taken in real-time using your device camera, not screenshots or saved images
• Your own outfits: Only share outfits you are personally wearing
• Original content: Do not submit photos taken by others or found online
• No AI-generated images: AI-generated or digitally created images of people are prohibited
• No filters that obscure identity: Light filters are acceptable, but you must be clearly recognizable

We use liveness detection technology to verify authenticity. Attempts to bypass these checks will result in account suspension.

3. No NSFW Content

While Drip God celebrates fashion and style, we maintain strict standards against explicit content:

• No nudity or sexually explicit content
• No suggestive poses or sexually provocative content
• No underwear or lingerie as primary outfit focus
• No content that sexualizes or objectifies individuals
• Swimwear is acceptable in appropriate beach/pool contexts

Fashion-forward outfits that show skin (crop tops, shorts, etc.) are welcome as long as they're not sexually explicit.

4. No Harassment

Drip God is a welcoming community for all fashion lovers. We have zero tolerance for:

• Personal attacks: Insults, name-calling, or targeted harassment
• Hate speech: Content targeting individuals based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics
• Threats: Any threats of violence or harm
• Bullying: Repeated targeting of an individual to intimidate or demean
• Doxxing: Sharing personal information with intent to harass
• Unwanted sexual advances: Inappropriate messages or content of a sexual nature

Note: AI-generated roasts are for entertainment. However, user-generated comments, captions, or other content must be respectful.

5. No Extremism or Illegal Activity

The following are strictly prohibited:

• Promotion of terrorist organizations or violent extremism
• Content that incites violence or lawless action
• Coordination or facilitation of criminal activity
• Sale or promotion of illegal goods or services
• Content depicting or glorifying illegal drug use
• Instructions for creating weapons or explosives

6. Intellectual Property & Privacy

Intellectual Property

• Only share content you created or have permission to use
• Do not post copyrighted images, videos, or other media without authorization
• Brand logos and trademarks visible on clothing are acceptable in fashion context
• Do not impersonate brands, celebrities, or other users

Privacy

• Do not share others' personal information without consent (phone numbers, addresses, email, etc.)
• Do not post photos of other people without their permission
• Do not share private conversations or messages
• Respect others' privacy rights at all times

7. No Cheating or Spam

Account Integrity

• One account per person: Creating multiple accounts to gain unfair advantages is prohibited
• No account sharing: Accounts are for individual use only
• No automation: Bots, scripts, or automated tools are not allowed
• No manipulation: Artificially inflating ratings, votes, or engagement is prohibited

Spam

• Do not post repetitive or irrelevant content
• Do not send unsolicited commercial messages
• Do not engage in vote manipulation or artificial engagement schemes
• Do not use misleading captions or clickbait

8. Fair Prize Claims

If you win a prize:

• Respond promptly: Winners must claim prizes within 24 hours of notification
• Provide accurate information: Shipping and contact information must be correct and truthful
• Complete verification: You may be required to verify your identity and eligibility
• Follow rules: Comply with all Official Rules and verification requirements

Refusing verification, providing false information, or failing to respond will result in forfeiture of the prize and potential account suspension.

9. Reporting Violations

How to Report

• In-app reporting: Use the report button on any content or profile
• Email: Contact support@dripgod.io with details and evidence
• Emergency situations: If someone is in immediate danger, contact local law enforcement first

What Happens After You Report

• Our moderation team reviews all reports
• We investigate the reported content or behavior
• Appropriate action is taken based on our findings
• Reports are confidential - the reported user will not know who reported them

Enforcement Actions

Violations may result in:

• Content removal: Violating content is deleted
• Warning: First-time minor violations may receive a warning
• Temporary suspension: Repeated or moderate violations result in temporary account suspension
• Permanent ban: Serious or repeated violations lead to permanent account termination
• Prize forfeiture: Cheaters forfeit all Drips, entries, and prizes
• Legal action: Illegal activity may be reported to law enforcement

10. Policy Updates

We may update these Community Guidelines from time to time to address new challenges, comply with legal requirements, or improve our community standards.

Notification of Changes:

• Material changes will be announced in-app
• Updated guidelines will be posted on our website
• Continued use of Drip God constitutes acceptance of updated guidelines
