DRIP TECH LTD (“Drip Tech”, “DripGod”, “we”, “us” or “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and safeguard your personal information when you visit www.dripgod.io/landing (the “Website”) or use the DripGod mobile application on iOS or Android (collectively, the “Services”).

PLEASE READ THIS POLICY CAREFULLY. By creating an account, uploading photos, or otherwise using our Services you consent to the practices described below. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

We are registered in England & Wales and are subject to the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Where we operate in the European Economic Area, we also comply with the EU GDPR.

2. What Personal Information We Collect

Images & measurements – selfies, body type, height, body measurements, photos of your clothing, optional profile picture (you upload/take them in-app)
Account data – email address or social-login ID, username, password, age, gender
Preference data – style and brand preferences, favourite colours, price range
Payment data (paid plans) – name, billing address, partial card/PayPal/Apple ID details (processed by our payment gateway)
Device & usage data – device type, OS version, browser, IP address, language, app install date, last use, push-token, advertising ID (IDFA/GAID)
Interaction data – chat history with AI stylist, click-throughs to retailers, purchase confirmations
Third-party data (optional) – purchase-confirmation emails you authorise us to scan in Gmail (only with explicit in-app consent)

We never collect your entire photo library—only the individual images you select.

No automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects on you.

4. Data Minimisation & Retention

Account data – kept for the life of your account and up to 12 months of inactivity.
Wardrobe photos – stored up to 24 months from your last interaction, then permanently deleted.
Raw selfies – analysed immediately; only numerical embeddings are kept, not the image itself.
Delete your account at any time in-app or via support@dripgod.io; erasure completed within 30 days (90 days for encrypted backups).

5. How We Share Your Information

Authorities – compliance with law, fraud prevention

We never sell or rent your personal information.

6. International Transfers

Whenever we transfer data outside the UK/EEA we rely on:

UK & EU Standard Contractual Clauses, or
An adequacy decision from the UK Government or European Commission.

7. Your Rights

You can:

Access the data we hold about you
Correct inaccurate or incomplete data
Erase your data (“right to be forgotten”)
Object to processing based on legitimate interests
Withdraw consent at any time
Request data portability

Encryption in transit & at rest (TLS 1.2+, AES-256)
Firewalls & network isolation on cloud infrastructure
Role-based access control – only authorised staff can reach production data
Regular penetration tests and security audits

9. Cookies & Similar Technologies

We use cookies, SDKs and local storage to keep you logged in, remember preferences and measure marketing performance. See our Cookie Policy. You can control cookies in your browser or device settings.

10. Children

The Services are NOT directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a minor has provided personal information, contact us so we can delete it.

11. Notice to US Residents

We do not sell personal information for monetary value. Under certain US state laws, sharing identifiers for advertising or analytics may be considered a “sale” or “share.” You may opt-out via in-app settings or by emailing support@dripgod.io. Additional rights for California and Virginia residents (request to know, delete, correct, opt-out) are honoured.
